Eligibile Programs
Business
- B.S Business Administration ➞ M.S. Organizational Leadership
- B.S. Human Resources Management ➞ M.S. Organizational Leadership
- B.S. Organizational Leadership ➞ M.S. Organizational Leadership
For undergraduate Business program students pursuing a Fast Track Organizational Leadership Master's degree, the graduate level courses must be; OEL 501, OEL 520, OEL 525, and OEL 530.
Health Care
For undergraduate Health Care Administration program students pursuing a Fast Track Health Care Administration Master's degree, the graduate level courses must be; HCA 505, HCA 510, HCA 610, and HCA 620.
For undergraduate Health Information Management program students pursuing a Fast Track Health Informatics Master's degree, the graduate level courses must be; HIF 530, HIF 540, HIF 535, and HIF 615.
How Do I Choose Fast Track? It's Easy!
- Step 1: Once enrolled in a Fast Track qualified undergraduate degree program, simply talk to your Advisor of your intention to choose the Fast Track option.
- Step 2: Together you will review your eligibility for Fast Track, and ensure your undergraduate course selections and Advising Plan meet the requirements to earn graduate level credits and seamlessly position you to progress from earning a bachelor’s degree to becoming an enrolled master's degree student!
Eligibility Guidelines
- Students must have and maintain a minimum undergraduate Charter Oak GPA of 3.0.
- Students must have completed at least 90 credits toward their Bachelor’s degree prior to taking Graduate level courses.
- Four Graduate level courses will replace specific Undergraduate major requirements and electives.
- Only one Graduate level course can be taken in each 8-week term.
- For Graduate courses taken at the Undergraduate level, a student must earn a final grade of B- or better to be transferred to their Graduate record.
- Students in the accelerated Fast Track program may not use Credit for Prior Learning towards graduate credits.
