Charter Oak State College is currently pursuing accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children for its early childhood education programs. As a result, it reports annually on the following program outcomes:
- Number of students who completed the associate and bachelor's degree programs
- Graduation rates for full-time fall semester cohorts in both associate and bachelor's degree programs
- Fall-to-fall student retention rates in both programs
