The following is a list of Charter Oak's annual estimated cost of attendance for both new full-time in-state and out-of-state students who are either dependent or independent students. A full time undergraduate student is one who is enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits hours per semester. A student is considered to be a continuing education student, or part-time student, if registered for fewer than 12 credits hours per semester.Your answers to the questions in Step Three of the paper FAFSA, or in Step Two of the online FAFSA determines whether you are considered a dependent or independent student. Living allowances will vary according to dependency status. All costs are approximate and subject to change:
